RESTORING A COMMERCIAL LOFT BUILDING IN THE JERSEY CITY POWERHOUSE ARTS DISTRICT

333 Washington Street was acquired in 1999 and converted into a 50,000 square foot creative office building in the heart of Jersey City’s Powerhouse Arts District. Located only two blocks from the Grove Street PATH station, the restored building boasts 13 to 16-foot ceilings with oversized windows allowing for pristine views of the outdoors. The restoration project qualified for the New Jersey Urban Enterprise Zone Program, Business Employment Incentive Program (BEIP), and Long-Term Tax Abatement.
